Raed Nesheiwat / Jordan

Raed Neshiewat, a veteran information technology expert with over 14 years of experience. Holder of over a dozen technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Certified Ethical Hacker and many others. Neshiewat specializes in computer programming, web development and information security. Owner and president of Kuplix Software Solutions (founded in 2003), a Jordanian IT company that provided technology solutions and services to local, regional and global media organizations. Neshiewat was ARIJ's first CAR (Computer Assisted Reporting) trainer and the author of ARIJ's CAR manual, the first manual in the Arab world covering the usage of computers and technology in investigative journalism. Over the years, Neshiewat trained over 1,000 journalists from all over the Middle East on technology tools and services and became the Senior CAR trainer in ARIJ leading a team of trainers delivering technical trainings in workshops and annual conferences.   You will learn how to mine internet websites, collect and filter data automatically using Yahoo Pipes. You will be coached on how to create your first pipe to automatically gather data related to a specific topic you are looking for.
