ARIJ has provided technical, financial and legal support to assist the creation of investigative units at three independent TV stations in the Arab World: Al Jadeed (Lebanon), Al-Watan TV (Palestine) and Ro'ya (Jordan). Months of hard workhave finally paid off. Each TV is nowrunning a regular investigative show, increasing viewership and giving a new meaning to "watchdog journalism". Now the challenge is to maximizerevenue, minimizeexpenses and sustain professional capacity and a wide-base of loyal viewers.
