For his part, Dr. Haitham Abdulaziz, Chief Pharmacists government committee and a member of the Bar Council of Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Guild of these amendments were prepared in collaboration with all stakeholders and experts in the field of medicine, hoping that received the approval of these amendments and the adoption of the president in the near future.
He added that the most important amendments added is toughening the punishment of fraud medicines for up to hard labor for life if the result of this fraud humans permanent disability and death if the result of this cheating death, and in normal cases harsher punishment by imprisonment for not less than five years and a fine of not less than one hundred thousand pounds and not more than a million pounds.
